It's a great place to live.

Applying was a breeze. Mostly everything could be done online. Staff went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was in top condition at move in. Staff was always friendly and ready to answer my questions. This was the easiest move I've ever had. It is really nice.

Its very nice. The apartments are nice and well taken care of. The staff is always there to take care of your issues/needs, quickly.

I would tell them it is quiet for the most part, not a lot of loudness going on, property is kept up nicely, and when there is a maintenance problem, they respond very quickly. The apartments are a good size, and good value for the money.

It is great. Luckily, I live near residents who are friendly and not too loud of a party. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. The only issue I have is rules that are not enforced....for example, 2 large dogs downstairs that are not put on leashes outside.....the huge group of boys playing basketbakk right outside this apartment building very often even though they aren't supposed to..... things like that. But overall, it is great, well maintained and I love living here.

I like being next to the dog park with my pet and living in a complex with such a large family population

Living at Civic Center for the past 6 years has been wonderful! With maintenance free living, beautiful landscaping, and a convenient location, I have plenty of extra time to spend on doing the things I love to do.

I would tell them that it is quiet, no violence, and safe to live here. But the only thing I don't like is that it's supposed to be a gated community, but the gates stay open a lot.

It is a nice area

I would tell people that this is a really nice apartment community; however, it is really pricey. The noise level is ok, depending on who your neighbors are. Some of the staff members are really nice, friendly, and helpful.

It has so many great perks that are included with your rent, like the gym and tanning bed and putting green and car wash. It's also the only apartment that is in the DeSoto Central School district! It is a great apartment for families!

I would tell them that the apartment complex grounds are nicley kept. The apartments are spacious and cozy. The complex is overall quiet...it just really depends on who are your neighbors. Since my family has been here, we have not experienced any incidences in which threatened the safety of the environment. This apartment community is located in a very convenient area. However, the only downfall of the apartments is the cost of them. They are very pricey.

It's a very nice complex with friendly staff, well kept grounds, and is a good value.

Well, we've only been here 1 week so far but the staff is so friendly and the grounds are picture perfect!
